“I’ve been following Dr.Mariam’s Instagram account for a long time, I know for a fact that she is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’m a product of a long journey full of random information (dieting, exercise, and superfood fads) that was often wrongfully applied. I needed to be rehabilitated but was always hesitant thinking that it will be too difficult to commit to, I came to know that I was simply wrong after my first consult.

 واننا نتحسن من كل النواحي فيه من جسدياً، نفسياً حتى عقلياً!
أولاً علاقتي مع الأكل ؛ صارت أفضل بكثير أعرف ايش جسمي يحتاج ومتى يحتاج وكيف اعيش التوازن خلال اليوم ؛ لو أنا كشخص أحب مثلا ؛ كل يوم مع قهوة الصباح حبة دونات : بآكل دونات واحسبه ضمن احتياجي لكن خلال اليوم وباقي الوجبات اعرف وين النقص وأعوض بالعناصر .. بحيث يتقفل احتياج جسمي نهاية اليوم بالسعرات : بروتين ، كارب ، ودهون .. وطبعا المعادن والفايتامينات .. ( التوازن )

ثانياً الأداء الرياضي ؛ ادائي بالتمرين بعد ما نبهتيني على أشياء جداً أساسية مثل : "احتاج آكل اكثر" صار ادائي بشكل عام أحسن من ناحية النشاط خلال التمرين ، قل التعب والارهاق، واستشفاء أسرع خاصة لو كان عندي أكثر من جلسة تمرين خلال اليوم .
